Alternatively, EJDM would assist in the acquisition of a development and investment opportunity with the aid of selected specialists, produce a full development appraisal and construction cost analysis. Our in house architectural and design team would then produce a comprehensive design package that would be issued to a selected and trusted team of contractors for tender.
